ABOUT UNITED FOR SOMALI STUDENTS 

USS is a driven, youth-orientated organisation created by students and young professionals to support disadvantaged Somali students across the world.

Established in 2010, USS is run entirely by volunteers committed to eradicating poverty and creating long-term solutions across the Horn and the diaspora community in the UK. As a youth-led initiative run by pro-active volunteers, USS is a firm advocate of youth empowerment, ensuring that leadership and confidence-building is at the core of all its programmes and encouraging the involvement of its peers.
